Roka BB (short for Roka Baby or Baby Rocket) refers to the small, tender young leaves of the rocket plant (Eruca sativa), known in English as Arugula. In Greece, it is a staple of the Mediterranean diet and is widely available in pre-washed, ready-to-eat packs.
