“Otap UBE is a Filipino puffed pastry cookie from Cebu, characterized by its thin, brittle, and flaky layers of buttery dough with a generous sugar coating, now infused with the unique, earthy sweetness and vibrant purple color of ube (purple yam).  Ingredients:
