Pavlidis Health (Υγείας) is arguably the most iconic chocolate bar in Greece. First produced in 1861 at the “Glukopolio” (Sweet Shop) of Spyridon Pavlidis in Athens, it was the first dark chocolate ever made in the country. To this day, it remains a symbol of quality and tradition, recognized by its classic blue and gold packaging. It is a “pure” dark chocolate, prized for its simple recipe, intense cocoa aroma, and characteristic “snap.”
