Golden Lion Longkou is a bag of Chinese glass noodles (bean thread noodles / mung bean vermicelli) made from mung bean starch (sometimes combined with pea or other starches) and water. These noodles are thin, translucent, and semi‑transparent when cooked, with a smooth and slightly chewy texture that readily absorbs sauces and broth. They are also naturally gluten‑free if made purely from mung bean starch.
