Fresh Miki Pancit
(commonly known as Pancit Miki) is a popular Filipino stir-fried noodle dish featuring thick, fresh egg noodles called Miki. Unlike dried noodles (like Pancit Canton), Miki noodles are soft and chewy because they are sold fresh or “wet” in local markets.
