A premium selection of whole sweet tamarind, often imported from Thailand. Unlike the sour variety used primarily for cooking, this “sweet” version is much more palatable and is frequently enjoyed as a healthy snack or used in dessert-based recipes. It features a hard outer shell that, when cracked, reveals a sticky, fibrous pulp.
