Nikas Ham is a classic staple in Greek households, produced by the well-known Greek deli meat company Nikas. Made from selected cuts of pork, it usually comes in two varieties: Ham Leg (Mouti), which is leaner and higher quality, or Ham Shoulder (Omoplati).
